Black-tailed Rattlesnake - 3D Lenticular Postcard Greeting Card
4x6 inches - In clear protective sleeve
Like it's cousin, the Western Diamondback, black-tailed rattlesnakes are venomous pit vipers. Distinguished by entirely black tail scales, they grow up to a meter (39 inches) long. They eat rodents and other small mammals, birds and small reptiles. Black-tailed rattlesnakes are generally calm and curious; bites are fairly rare. It relies on camouflage to avoid discovery. Normally it tries to slither away when confronted, but will rattle when cornered.
The back of this card contains lines for mailing, along with its comparative size to Man. Also, a map of their natural habitat
